Korean Beef Noodles
  1. Transfer all ingredients into your slow cooker pot and stir well

  2. Place the ox cheek on top and glaze with the sauce

  3. Cover with the lid and cook on low for 8 hours

  4. Shred the beef once cooked

  5. Add the udon noodles to the pot and leave for another 10 minutes

  6. Give it a good stir

  7. Serve and sprinkle over the sesame seeds and fresh coriander
