Mash 3 bananas in a large mixing bowl until smooth
Add 2 eggs, 1 tsp almond extract, 5 tbsp melted butter, ⅓ cup maple syrup and ½ cup yogurt to the bananas
Whisk to combine
Add 1¾ cups of flour and 1 tsp baking soda to the mixture
Stir until flour streaks are almost gone
Gently fold in chocolate chips, coconut shreds and almonds
Place in a lined loaf pan
Bake at 350°F for 50-60 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out with crumbs instead of wet batter
Allow to completely cool for the crust to form
Slice and enjoy
