Mini Pizza Cups
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and spray a muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.

  2. Roll out the biscuit or crescent dough and cut into circles slightly larger than the muffin tin cavities. Press each circle into a muffin cup to form a crust.

  3. Spoon a tablespoon of pizza sauce into each dough cup. Add a sprinkle of shredded mozzarella, followed by your choice of toppings. Top with a little more cheese to hold everything together.

  4. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  5. Let the pizza cups cool for 5 minutes before removing them from the tin. Garnish with fresh basil, Parmesan, or crushed red pepper flakes if desired.

  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
