Classic Cranberry Sauce
  1. Add 1 lb fresh cranberries to a food processor

  2. Add ½ cup tart cherry juice (or pomegranate juice)

  3. Add a pinch of salt

  4. Add 3 sprigs of fresh mint

  5. Add ¼ cup maple syrup

  6. Add juice of 2 lemons

  7. Add ½ teaspoon Tajin

  8. Add 2 tablespoons jam (sour cherry or raspberry)

  9. Add fresh grated nutmeg (about ⅛ teaspoon)

  10. Add ½ teaspoon dried sumac

  11. Add another pinch of salt and additional nutmeg to taste

  12. Add 1 additional tablespoon maple syrup if desired

  13. Pulse in food processor until desired consistency is reached

  14. Transfer to an airtight container

  15. Store in refrigerator overnight to allow flavors to develop and color to deepen

  16. Before serving, drizzle with olive oil and top with fresh grated nutmeg
