Honey Oat Bread
  1. Mix dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl

  2. In a saucepan, add butter and milk, cook on medium heat until butter is melted.

  3. Add liquid to your dry ingredients and knead on low for 6-8 minutes until your dough comes together and doesn’t stick to the sides but is still tacky (add water or flour as needed)

  4. Add dough to a greased bowl and cover with damp kitchen towel 1-2 hours to double in size

  5. Dump dough and roll it out with a rolling pin, then roll it up and pinch the seam. Transfer to greased bread loaf pan seam side down.

  6. Cover again and let rise again for 1-2 hours

  7. Bake at 350 for 40 minutes or until inside is fully cooked and outside is a nice golden color.

  8. Let cool (as long as you are able to resist) spice and ENJOY with lots of butter!!
