Soondubu-jang (marinated Soft Tofu)
  1. Mix together soy sauce, gochugaru, sugar, fish sauce, mirin, garlic, and water.

  2. Place soft tofu into a container and top with onion, Korean chives, and chilies. Pour marinade over the tofu.

  3. Cover and marinate overnight in the refrigerator.

  4. Serve with sesame oil and sesame seeds
