🍨 Coconut Ice Cream with Chocolate Fudge Swirl

🥥 Coconut Ice Cream Base

Ingredients:

• 1 can (13.5 oz) full-fat coconut milk

• 1 cup heavy cream

• ¾ cup granulated sugar

• 1 tsp vanilla extract

• Pinch of salt

• Optional: ½ cup shredded sweetened coconut (toasted)

    Instructions:

  1. Combine coconut milk, cream, sugar, and salt in a saucepan. Heat gently until sugar dissolves.

  2. Remove from heat, stir in vanilla. Chill 4+ hours.

  3. Optional: Stir in toasted coconut before churning.

🍫 Chocolate Fudge Swirl

Ingredients:

• ½ cup sweetened condensed milk

• ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder

• 2 tbsp butter

• ¼ tsp vanilla extract

• Pinch of salt

    Instructions:

  1. Melt butter over low heat. Stir in cocoa, condensed milk, and salt.

  2. Cook until smooth and glossy (2–3 min). Remove from heat, stir in vanilla. Cool to room temp.

    🌀 Churn & Swirl

  1. Churn coconut base in ice cream maker (20–30 min).

  2. Layer half the ice cream in a container, drizzle fudge. Repeat.

  3. Swirl gently with a knife. Freeze 4–6 hours until firm.
