🥥 Coconut Ice Cream Base
Ingredients:
• 1 can (13.5 oz) full-fat coconut milk
• 1 cup heavy cream
• ¾ cup granulated sugar
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• Pinch of salt
• Optional: ½ cup shredded sweetened coconut (toasted)
Combine coconut milk, cream, sugar, and salt in a saucepan. Heat gently until sugar dissolves.
Remove from heat, stir in vanilla. Chill 4+ hours.
Optional: Stir in toasted coconut before churning.
Instructions:
🍫 Chocolate Fudge Swirl
Ingredients:
• ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
• ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
• 2 tbsp butter
• ¼ tsp vanilla extract
• Pinch of salt
Melt butter over low heat. Stir in cocoa, condensed milk, and salt.
Cook until smooth and glossy (2–3 min). Remove from heat, stir in vanilla. Cool to room temp.
Instructions:
Churn coconut base in ice cream maker (20–30 min).
Layer half the ice cream in a container, drizzle fudge. Repeat.
Swirl gently with a knife. Freeze 4–6 hours until firm.
