Toast the sunflower or pumpkin seeds.
Break out the Magic Bullet and blend the garlic and sunflower seeds, parmesan cheese, dandelion greens, and lemon juice until combined.
Slowly pour in the olive oil and process until the pesto is smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste.
