  1. Just throw everything in slow cooker and give a good stir.

  2. Place a tea towel under the lid and put on low for 3 and a half to 4 hours.

  3. Stir after the first half hour to ensure the peanut butter has dissolved into the mixture.

  4. Add peas for the last 5 minutes of cooking.

  5. If it ends up too thick, you can always add a splash of water or more stock.
