Loaded Flatbread (inspired Lahmacun)
  1. Crumble your tofu, toss it in oil and garlic powder and add to the air fryer for 10 mins until crispy.

  2. Slice your courgettes super thin to make ribbons, add to a bowl with salad leaves, red jalapeños, the beans, the olive oil, salt, pepper and lemon zest and juice and mix well.

  3. Mix together the yoghurt with vegan feta.

  4. Combine the crispy tofu with bbq sauce, then toast your flatbread, wack on the feta yoghurt and the salad, then top with the chipotle bbq tofu and enjoy!!
