Preheat oven to 400°F
In a 9x13 baking dish, add pasta, steak, bell pepper, and onion
Season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Cajun seasoning (if using)
Pour in beef broth and Worcestershire sauce. Pasta should be mostly covered, but not completely submerged
Cover tightly with foil
Bake for 40 minutes, stirring 1–2 times during cooking
Remove from oven. If there is extra liquid, do not drain
Top with cheese
Bake uncovered for 10–15 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly
Let sit for 10–15 minutes before serving so the pasta can absorb any remaining liquid
