Melt together natural peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla paste, and pinch of salt
Add heaped tbsp of coconut oil to the mixture
Fold in 150g soy protein crisps
Press mixture into a lined pan or container
Melt 100g dark chocolate
Pour melted chocolate over the peanut butter mixture
Sprinkle with coconut and flakey sea salt if desired
Refrigerate until set
Cut into slices and serve
