First, boil the potatoes until cooked. In the meantime, grate the cheese.
Make a mash from the boiled potatoes. Add the egg, flour, baking powder, salt, garlic powder and grated cheese to the mash.
Mix the dough well until smooth. Divide the dough into 8 equal parts and roll them into balls.
Roll out each ball on a well-floured surface. Fry on a dry pan on both sides until golden brown.
Grease the ready flatbreads with butter.
