Ingredients

  1. In a blender, puree 1 scoop vanilla or strawberry protein powder, 1 loosely packed cup baby spinach, 1 cup frozen mixed berries, and 1 Tbsp ground flaxseed.

  2. Add 6 to 12 oz water, plain milk, or plant-based milk until you hit the right consistency.
