BBQ Pulled Pork Sliders
  1. Transfer the pork roast into a slow cooker and season it generously with salt.

  2. Pour ¾ cup of apple cider vinegar over the pork.

  3. Put the lid on and allow the pork to cook for 10 hours on low, until the meat is falling apart.

  4. Shred the cooked pork using two forks.

  5. Add 1 cup of smokey BBQ sauce to the shredded pork and stir to combine.

  6. Reheat the pork mixture in the slow cooker for 30 minutes on low.

  7. Serve the BBQ pulled pork on bread rolls, with cheese and any other desired toppings.
