  4. Mix in green gel food coloring until you reach a vivid zombie hue.

  5. Pour the green fudge mixture into the dish and smooth evenly.

  6. Warm raspberry jam and tint with red coloring; drizzle over the fudge.

  7. Use a knife or skewer to create red “vein” marbling.

  8. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.

  9. Slice into 36 squares and drizzle extra jam on top for gore effect.
