Preheat oven to 180°C.
Mix all the dry ingredients together.
Blend the wet ingredients for around 10 seconds.
Fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients until you have a thick brownie batter.
Pour into a lined baking tray.
Bake for 12–15 minutes, depending on how fudgy you like them.
Leave to cool completely (they’re even better after chilling in the fridge), then slice into 9 brownies.
