Chicken Katsu
  1. Slice chicken in steaks & pound thin into schnitzels

  2. Mix salt, pepper, fish sauce, soy, garlic powder, and paprika until combined

  3. Rub all over chicken and set aside for 30 minutes

  4. Set up flour, panko, and egg stations. Whisk sesame oil into egg

  5. Place chicken into flour, then egg, then panko - covering evenly on each step, and pressing the panko gently into the chicken

  6. Heat neutral oil to 180°C

  7. Deep fry for 5 - 8 minutes, or until chicken floats to top

  8. Drain and serve with curry, or sushi bowl, or on rice with Yum Yum sauce!
