Apple Fritter Loaf
  1. Start by making your caramelised apples. Coat the apples in the sugar and cinnamon and fry on a medium heat in some coconut oil until the sugar caramelises and the apples are soft (but still retain some bite).

  2. Then, combine all ingredients in a large bowl, starting with the wet.

  3. Pour the mix into a lined loaf tin, layering half of the apples in the middle and the rest on top.

  4. Bake for 40 mins at fan 180 C.

  5. Once cooled slightly, cover with the glaze and ENJOY 🤍
