Make the dough. In a bowl combine yogurt and flour. Form into a ball and kneed until soft, this won't take long.
Make the filing by combing mashed potatoes with cheese and seasonings.
Divide the dough into 2 parts. Roll out each part into a 1 cm thick circle.
Add half of the filling into the middle and fold the edges of the dough over the filling, pinch together to seal.
Flip and roll gently out to a disk shape.
Pan fry on both sides until golden over medium high heat or pop in the oven for 10 minutes at 180C.
Brush with melted butter and garnish with fresh parsley.
Serve and enjoy right away!
