Kebab Pita Wraps
  1. Blend red onion, garlic, parsley, and olive oil together

  2. Mix ground chicken with blended mixture, tomato paste, jalapeno, chili flakes, sumac spice, cumin, smoked paprika, turmeric, salt, and black pepper

  3. Prepare sauce by combining Greek yogurt, lemon juice, grated garlic, fresh dill, and salt

  4. Prepare salad by combining diced cucumber, diced tomatoes, sliced red onion, fresh dill, lemon juice, sumac spice, salt, and black pepper

  5. Form chicken mixture into kebab patties and bake at 425°F for 18-22 minutes

  6. Broil for 2-3 minutes until desired crispness

  7. Assemble wraps by placing romaine lettuce and cooked kebab in pita bread

  8. Top with prepared salad and yogurt sauce
