Add the yogurt, almond milk, strawberries, banana, and maple syrup to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Pour into a large container and stir in the chia seeds until fully combined.
Cover and place in the fridge for 10-15 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping. This extra stir is key for perfect consistency!
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2–3 hours, or overnight, until thickened.
Stir before serving. (If it’s thicker than you like, you can add a splash of milk to loosen.)
Divvy into 4 individual jars – add some sliced bananas in the bottom, then the chia pudding, then top with strawberries and granola.
