In a bowl, mix warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let sit 5–10 minutes until foamy.
Add flour, salt, and olive oil. Mix until a sticky dough forms. Knead for about 5–7 minutes.
Place dough in an oiled bowl. Cover and let rise 1–1.5 hours until doubled in size.
Transfer dough to a well-oiled baking pan. Gently stretch it to fit the pan. Let it rest another 20–30 minutes.
Use your fingers to press dimples all over the dough. Drizzle generously with olive oil. Sprinkle garlic, rosemary, and flaky salt.
Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
