2 tbsp Kosher salt

4 tbsp Brown sugar

2 tbsp freshly ground black pepper or fine black pepper

2 tbsp smoked paprika or regular paprika

2 tbsp onion powder

2 tbsp garlic powder or granulated garlic

4 tbsp yellow mustard or 2 tbsp dry mustard

4 tbsp Worcestershire sauce or barbecue sauce
