Healthy Greek Chicken Salad
  1. Half the cherry tomatoes, dice the onion, and peel and half the cucumber.

  2. Remove the seeds from the cucumber using a spoon, and then chop the remaining cucumber.

  3. Chop the kalamata olives.

  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the yogurt, mayo, zest and juice of the lemon, and vinegar.

  5. Add the salt, oregano, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dill, and nutmeg.

  6. Fold in the tomatoes, cucumber, onion, and olives.

  7. Add the cheese, herbs, and cooked chicken breast and stir to combine.
