Separate the egg yolks and whites into two different bowls.
In the bowl with the yolks, add the sugar, milk, and flour. Mix until you get a good texture.
Whip the egg whites until they form stiff peaks, then gently fold them into the yolk mixture using a whisk and a spatula to get a fluffy texture.
Grease the pan, then pour the batter onto it to make several pancakes with volume. Add a few drops of water.
Cook on low heat with the lid on for 4-5 minutes.
Flip the pancakes and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
