Add the milk, water, eggs, vinegar, butter, salt, and baking powder into a large bowl and mix.
Gradually add the flour and knead until you get a soft, non-sticky dough.
Divide the dough into small balls and let them rest for about 30 minutes.
Roll out each piece very thinly using the flour–starch mixture.
Shape them as shown in the video.
Place them on a baking tray and lightly brush the tops with oil.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) until golden brown.
