Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a small baking dish or ramekin (about 8x8 inches or similar size).
In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon (reserve some for garnish), green onions, garlic powder, and smoked paprika. Stir until evenly mixed.
Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly. Bake for 15–20 minutes, or until the spread is bubbly and the top is lightly golden.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly. Sprinkle the reserved crumbled bacon and additional green onions on top for garnish. Serve warm with crackers, baguette slices, or fresh veggies for dipping.
