4 Ingredient Coconut Oatmeal Bars
  1. Preheat the oven to 375℉/190℃. Line a 9x9 baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.

  2. In a pot over low heat, melt the coconut milk and sweetened condensed milk together. Mix until smooth and homogenous.

  3. Transfer into a bowl and add the oats and shredded coconuts. Mix together until all combined.

  4. Add into the prepared pan and spread evenly and press down firmly.

  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are a light golden brown.

  6. Allow the bars to cool completely, then slice and enjoy!
