Chocolate Ganache Without Heavy Cream Recipe
  1. Put finely chopped chocolate in heat safe bowl. Set aside.

  2. Add butter and milk to saucepan and bring to medium heat. Stir until butter is melted.

  3. Turn up heat to medium high. Bring mixture to a light boil and immediately remove and pour over chocolate.

  4. Let stand for two minutes.

  5. Hand stir until creamy.

  6. Chill in refrigerator until ready to use.
