  2. Whisk in PB and sugars, then eggs and vanilla.

  3. Fold in dry ingredients, chips, and peanuts.

  4. Scoop 100g balls and freeze for 30 minutes.

  5. Bake at 175°C (350°F) for 16–19 minutes.

  6. Bang the pan at 14 minutes to deflate for maximum chew.

  7. Top with flaky salt and cool on the pan.
