Crispy Boneless Wings
  1. In a bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, baking powder, and all seasonings.

  2. Take about half of that mixture and combine it with eggs and water to make a thick batter.

  3. Cut chicken breasts into strips, then into bite-sized cubes.

  4. Add chicken to the wet batter and mix until fully coated.

  5. Transfer to the dry mixture and coat well (shake in a bowl or bag for easier breading).

  6. Heat oil to 350–360°F.

  7. Fry in batches for 3–3½ minutes until golden and crispy.

  8. Let drain, then toss in your favorite sauce.
