Tofu Bowl
  1. Press the tofu and pat dry, tear into chunks and coat with cornflour

  2. Fry with a bit of oil, until they start to go crisp

  3. Mix together all the dressing in a separate bowl and add to the pan.

  4. Build the bowl up with the quinoa, edamame, cucumber, pickled onion and sesame seeds.
