Vanilla Rosette Cupcakes
  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line cupcake pan.

  2. Sift flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt together.

  4. Add vanilla, oil, and eggs one at a time to the butter mixture.

  5. Alternate adding dry ingredients and buttermilk until just combined.

  6. Fill cupcake liners ⅔ full and bake for 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

  7. Cool cupcakes completely.

  8. For frosting, beat butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, and milk until light and fluffy, adjusting milk for consistency.

  9. Frost cooled cupcakes by spreading or piping with frosting.

  10. Add sprinkles if desired and enjoy.
