Italian Penicillin (pastina)
  1. In a stock pot, combine water and chicken broth.

  2. Add all vegetables and bring to a boil on medium high heat.

  3. Once boiling, bring heat to medium low and cover partially and cook for 45 minutes.

  4. After 45 minutes, with a slotted spoon, remove veggies from broth and place in blender with 2 full ladles of broth and chicken bouillon.

  5. Blend and add back to broth.

  6. Cook your favorite pasta and pour broth mix over.

  7. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
