Teriyaki Chicken Rice Bowl
  1. Cook the rice according to package directions.

  2. Meanwhile, place the vegetable oil in a small sauté pan and heat over medium heat.

  3. Add pepper, snow peas and carrot slices and cook for 4–5 minutes, until crisp and tender.

  4. Place rice in a bowl.

  5. Add vegetables and top with the chicken.

  6. Sprinkle green onions and sesame seeds on top.
