In a bowl, sift the flour in the cornstarch and salt, mix it around.
Add in the water and mix until there are no clumps.
Using a strainer or sifter, strain out all of the batter into another cup or bowl.
Fill up a piping bag halfway and cut a small tiny tip at the bottom.
Heat your pan on low heat.
Start piping in a circle and go all the way out, being careful not to create clumps.
Leave it on for about 10 seconds, then remove it; it should glide off the pan.
Repeat until you have no more batter left.
You can toast it in the oven at 350° for about 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown, or use butter in a pan.
You can freeze it by storing it in a bag for later use.
