Chicken Bacon Ranch Mac & Cheese (Crock Pot)

Servings: 6 large, can easily be made into 7-8 servings

    Instructions

  1. Add chicken, chicken broth, 2.5 tbsp protein ranch seasoning, 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp pepper, 1 tsp garlic, and 1 tsp paprika to the crock pot. Cook on LOW 4 hours

  2. Shred the chicken directly in the crock pot.

  3. Stir in cream cheese, Fairlife milk, and Greek yogurt until fully melted and smooth.

  4. Add dry pasta and cook 30-40 minutes, stirring once, until pasta is al dente.

  5. Cook your bacon during this time

  6. Stir in cheddar cheese and chopped bacon.

  7. Garnish with parsley/green onion and extra crispy bacon bits.
