Cinnamon Sugar
Sugar Icing
In a bowl, mix one egg, 1 and ¼ cup of milk, and ¼ cup of vegedata oil.
Add 1 and ½ cups of flour, 2 teaspoons of baking powder, and 1 tablespoon of sugar to the bowl and whisk until smooth.
In another bowl, combine 4 tablespoons of softened butter, ¼ cup of sugar, 2 teaspoons of cinnamon, and 1 tablespoon of the pancake batter; mix well.
Prepare the icing by mixing 2 cups of powdered sugar with 1 and ½ tablespoons of milk.
Cover the pan with butter and add the pancake batter once it is bubbling.
Cover the pancakes until bubbles appear.
Add the cinnamon sugar mixture to the pancakes.
Cover the pan and let it steam for 4-5 minutes.
Drizzle icing over the cooked pancakes.
