Chilli-cheese Samosas
  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C.

  2. Mix everything for the filling together until well combined and season with salt and pepper.

  3. Cut the filo sheets in half, then each half into 3 strips.

  4. Make a paste with 1 tbsp flour and 2 tbsp water and brush over the filo.

  5. Place 1 tablespoon of the filling on top and wrap as shown in the video.

  6. Repeat, wrapping the first parcel in another sheet.

  7. Spray with oil and scatter over nigella seeds.

  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crisp.

  9. Serve with Ballymaloe Relish.
