Ingredients:
Add oil to a stock pot with lid on medium heat. Add onion and allow to cook and soften, about 4-6 minutes. Once onion is soft, add garlic and cook until fragrant, about 30 seconds more.
Add meat and brown. Once meat is cooked through, add all spices and stir, for around 30 seconds. Add tomato paste and mix in with meat.
Add broth and kidney beans, then bring to a boil. Once boiling, cover and reduce to simmer for 10-12 minutes.
If needed, add hot water to thin out consistency. Serve with Greek yogurt, cheese, avocado, and tortilla chips.
