Low Carb Chocolate Ice Cream

2 c heavy cream

1 c unsweetened coconut milk

Pinch salt

1T vanilla

1 scoop of your favorite collagen protein powder (not necessary but so good)

1 ½c Allulose sweetener

2T cocoa or more if you like

Mix very well to incorporate cocoa but don’t make whipped cream.

Pour into ice cream machine allow to churn for 30 minutes

Put into container and freeze for a bit or overnight.

You can eat all ice creams immediately friends. It will just be soft serve. 🍦
