Start boiling your water according to the package, if there are "going to be baked" instructions follow that or just do 1 minute less than "al dente". Preheat your oven to 375
Mince your garlic and sauté for 1 minute in oil, then add your spinach. once cooked remove from pan and put to the side
Start cooking your ground beef, add in seasonings; Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper to taste. once cooked add the jar of marinara
For the cheese stuffing, add ½c-1c shredded parmesan, ½c mozzarella, 15 oz ricotta and ½c cottage cheese to a bowl. Add italian seasoning and pepper. Also add your bowl of spinach and garlic- mix it all together
Get an oven safe dish, add your meat sauce and coat the entire bottom, then start fillind the shells with your cheese stuffing and line your oven safe dish with them in rows. Stick in oven for 20 minutes covered, then an additional 10 minutes uncovered. If you want it to be a little crispy you can broil it the last 2-5 mins (keep an eye on it!!)
