Heat the oven to 350 degrees
On a work surface, open one sheet of phyllo dough and grease with butter.
Place more filo dough on top and grease again.
Sprinkle about 2-3 tablespoons of the grated cheeses (a total of 2 sheets per pastry)
Crumple them up and place on a greased pan.
Brush the edges again with butter, sprinkle sesame seeds on top and break each egg pastry over everything.
Season the egg with salt, black pepper and put in the oven to bake.
Bake for about 25 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
Preparation of the seasoned oil: put all the ingredients except the oil in a bowl
Heat the oil well and pour into the bowl. mix well.
Serve the pastries hot with the seasoned oil on top
