Chicken Pot Pie Cobbler
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. In a large skillet, cook the chicken until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

  3. In the same skillet, cook the vegetables until tender.

  4. Return the chicken to the skillet and add the chicken broth. Bring to a simmer and cook for 5 minutes.

  5. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, butter, milk, salt, and pepper until a dough forms.

  6. Pour the chicken mixture into a baking dish and top with spoonfuls of the dough.

  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the filling is bubbling.
