SD Sandwich Bread
  1. knead first 5 ingredients by hand until combined

  2. work in 80g softened butter (divided). knead in stand mixer on low for 20 min

  3. cover and let double in size (~8 hours)

  4. Proof overnight in fridge

  5. roll it out into a rectangle then roll vertically from bottom

  6. Place in loaf pan & allow to double in size

  7. egg wash on top & bake for 50 min at 375°

(internal temp 190º)
