Blend the white onion finely using a food processor or chop finely with a knife
Mix chicken thigh mince with finely chopped onion, chilli powder, paprika, coarse black pepper, salt, and olive oil
Roll the mixture between two layers of baking paper as thin as possible
Air fry at 180°C for at least 10 minutes to ensure chicken is cooked through
Heat the cooked doner in a hot pan for a couple of minutes on each side until golden brown
Assemble wraps with garlic mayo, shredded lettuce, tomatoes, sumac, sliced red onions, lemon juice, Swedish salad pickle, and chili peppers
Serve in wraps
