Việt-cajun Fried Chicken, But Rice Paper (& Taiwanese Style)
  1. Butterfly chicken by slicing horizontally into two thin pieces.

  2. Season then dip in egg yolks and wrap in rice paper.

  3. Fry in 400° F avocado oil until golden.

  4. Pat down and fully drain oil from chicken.

  5. Heat a pan to medium-high and mix sauce ingredients.

  6. Enjoy chicken while warm with sauce!
