Heat oven to 200°C fan.
Mix, carrots, pepper, onion, garlic, courgette spread on tray.
Place chicken skin side up on top.(Slice just into the meat if using thigh bone in)
Mix harissa, olive oil, honey, lemon juice.
Roast for 40/45 mins until chicken is cooked through
Serve with Greek yoghurt, more lemon and coriander.
