Homemade Chai Tea Concentrate Recipe
  1. Bring water to a boil

  2. Add tea bags, spices and vanilla bean (if using extract, hold off until the end to add it.) Remove from heat and let steep 15-20 minutes, longer, depending on how strong you want it

  3. Strain and add the brown sugar and vanilla extract if using

  4. Stir to combine. Mix ½ cup concentrate with ½ cup any type of milk

  5. Heat on stovetop or microwave

  6. Keep refrigerated

  7. Enjoy for up to 2 weeks.
